About Us

A Worthy Cause

The public library so much more than a place for books. it's a learning center and a community gathering place. By providing a variety of programs, we engage folks in exploring interests, giving opportunities for job skills, language skills for everyday conversation, interaction with others for socialization skills, entertainment with monthly movie nights, game nights for teens, creative art projects to inspire imagination.

A Great Event

Taste of North Sacramento is a fundraiser for additional and continual programs offered to the community at our North Sacramento/Hagginwood Library.

With tastings offered by over a dozen North Sacramento area restaurants and eateries with offerings from their menus, this will become an annual event.
